Lone Star Bank president Jeff Berkley was keynote speaker at the TTACC march luncheon. He is from a long line of bankers in Kansas also the president of Alliance Bank in Topeka Kansas. He talked about current banking industry trends and issues. Mr. Berkley said small and local banks can still compete at today’s marketplace along with the national banks. Local businessmen and media attended the luncheon.
